Who is Nitro7?

Nitro7 (N7) is a jack of all trades who enjoys the challenge of creating things, whether from wood, metal, or writing code. N7 has created all kinds of projects in his life and has decided to begin to share some of them with you.

N7 has had a long history in the technology field, primarily working as a UNIX administrator for a major ISP where he managed their DNS, Web, and Radius servers. He developed and oversaw a project that brought wireless to an entire county in the early 2000s (when wireless was just coming on the scene).

Interests & Skills

N7 is an avid gamer and is mentioned twice in the Urban Dictionary (see below). A firefighter, search & rescue team member, chaplain, and trained professional in many public service areas, N7 can help out in almost any situation.

Career & Education

N7 retired from the IT world in mid-2016, leaving to take a career path in social services. He currently works with youth suffering from drug addictions as he pursues a Doctorate in social work, focusing on addictions and mental health.
